We offer fully furnished single, double, and triple sharing rooms with attached and common bathrooms. Each floor has a spacious living room for a homely feel. Facilities include CCTV, 24/7 water, power backup on every floor, WiFi, laundry, and housekeeping on alternate days. Located opposite Once More CrossFit and near Chai 3:16. Limited occupancy ensures a peaceful stay. Student-only. No food. Curfew: 10 PM–6 AM
